Zumba is a dance-based fitness technique that combines elements of salsa, samba, merengue, reggaeton and hip-hop with cardio exercise moves. It is an exhilarating, effective, easy to follow, Latin-inspired, calorie burning, dance fitness exercise that’s moving millions of people towards physical and mental health. Zumba is an interval workout that moves between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance.
